*1) Because gain reduction from the actuator to the sensor was compensated by the servo gains, a sum of sensing and actuation paths is now incorrect for MICH and PRCL.
*2) If INMTRX gain compensates reduction of the optical gain, DARM calibration is kept within accuracy of gain estimation. If not, a sum of sensing and actuation paths is now incorrect for DARM.

*1) They doesn't affect calibration TF models because they are probably used only for some measurement and turned off as default.
*2) If it's a compensation factor of a change in the optical gain, overall gain of current DARM calibration should not so bad estimation. It must be updated as simultaneous updates of the optical gain (CAL-CS_DARM_ERR_FM1) and inverse sensing function (CAL-CS_DARM_ERR_FM9)
*3) If it's a compensation factor of a change in the optical gain, overall gain of current MICH/PRCL calibration are wrong as 2-3dB.
*4) It affects actuation function of DARM and notch (rapid phase change) near the UGF probably makes large calibration error like O4a.
*5) Though SLOWFILTER and FASTPOL were changed according to the guardian code, SLOWFILTER and SLOWPOL should be changed for keeping overall polarity...? Is it my misunderstanding?
