*1) Because gain reduction from the actuator to the sensor was compensated by the servo gains, a sum of sensing and actuation paths is now incorrect for MICH and PRCL.
*2) If INMTRX gain compensates reduction of the optical gain, DARM calibration is kept within accuracy of gain estimation. If not, a sum of sensing and actuation paths is now incorrect for DARM.
