Since LSC_LOCK guardian cannot detect the upper sideband for the OMC alignment, I changed the threshold values (fig1),
OMC trans: 9.5 -> 11
IMC trans: 10.5 -> 15.8
POP90: 12.3 -> 10.5

After these modification, LSC_LOCK guardian can identify the OMC lock with the upper sideband.
