Measurements of DAC noise for SRM actuators
[Kamiizumi, Tomura, YamaT]

This is series work of
klog#24725 (IY), klog#24726 (IX), klog#24919 (EY), klog#25011 (EX),
klog#24916 (BS), klog#26129 (SR3),
klog#25009 (PR2), klog#25886 (PR3), and klog#26205 (PRM).
which has been done on last Friday.

-----
Measurement procedures are same as SR3 (klog#26129).
Because ch4 was glitchy, we used CH8-11 instead of CH4-7 which had been used in measurements for SR3.

On channels for all coils, moving peaks around 10Hz and 20Hz were seen on AI output as shown in Fig.1-4 (TM), Fig.5-7 (IMV), and Fig.8-10 (IMH).
And also, 4 narrow peaks exist around 125-130Hz (not a 120Hz power line) and its higher harmonics frequency band.
They can be removed by two or three stages of dewtening filters.

Now no dewhitening filters are engaged for SRM.
Noise contribution from SRM should be (hopefully) negligible because it's now just misaligned.
But if some kind of correlation between DARM sensitivity and SRM motion around 10Hz, 20Hz, and 130Hz etc will be seen,
dewhitening filter for SRM coils can mitigate DARM noise.
