Trial of the GRX flash search
I tried to search the good alignment for GRX flash, but I gave up to search this morning.

1. Searching the good alignment of PR3.
I performed to set PR3 suspension and succeeded.
But there is no response in TMSX GR PDA.
So, we oscillated the PR3 suspension for both pitch and yaw direction, but I couldn't find in PDA.
During this oscillating, I noticed sometimes I can find green light spot in ETMX TCam.
Then, I changed the method of good alignment search from oscillating to TCam image.
Finally I can find the good GRX alignment.
PR3 pitch : 22.3 -> -50
PR3 yaw : -64.2 -> -17

2. Trial of ITMX align state
We failed because of the signal saturation of F1 gas, we need the height adjustment.
(Anyway should we set the align state without TM viewport?)

3. Trial of ETMX align state
By changing the threshold of the RMS in isolating state from 20 to 100, we can set the aligned state, but fluctuate a lot.

Conclusion.
We can find the good alignment for PR3 with the image of TCam, but no TMSX PDA response.
How to find the reflection beam from ETMX?

When I performed to set the aligned state to PR2, PR3 and ETMX (ITMX was safe state), we can see several peaks in
K1:ALS-X_ARM_REFL_OUT16
(We referred the klog17428)
Current set oplev value of ETMS was
P : 31.3
Y : -2.1

1. When I turned off GRX shutter, we cannot see those spike like signal.
2. When I checked the signal with PAY_FLOAT state, those peaks appeared only in the range of
12 < pitch < 38, 18 < yaw< 25 (Fig.1.)
3. I could not request ITMX to mis-aligned state, but current ITMX TM oplev was out of range, so I believe ITMX was mis-aligned
4. When I requested the ETMX state to safe with aligned state of PR2 and PR3, those peaks also disappeared, so I confirmed this spike signal may not come from ITMX
5. It was difficult to see the reflect beam in ITMX TCam

Anyway, ETMX alignment seems good from my eye.

I tried, but failed since I could not find the good alignment of the ITMX

1. (3/22 work) I made the aluminum beam duct for +x side of PR3.
2. (From here, this morning work) Open the GRX shutter
3. Request ALIGNED state for PR2, PR3, ITMX and ETMX
4. Tuned the alignment of PR3 with the TCam image of ETMX
PR3 pitch not touched
PR3 yaw : -22 -> -18
5. Tuned the alignment of ETMX by maximize the POP PD
ETMX pitch 13.5
ETMX yaw 30
Picture 1 showed the ITMX TCam image with good ETMX alignment
Picture 2 showed the ITMX TCam image with bad ETMX alignment
We can see the reflection beam at the center of ITMX mirror.

At this timing, I noticed almost of all oplevs of ITMX were out of range, similar situation of klog28903.
I tried to tweak the MN optic align to find the good oplev alignment, but I could not find it.
So I gave up to search the GRX flash this morning.

Ushiba-san noticed the H2 LVDTINF of the bottom filter was too small output, that may cause the large mis-alignment in Yaw direction.
This change happened in 14th Mar., (maybe) klog28862 work.
Takahashi-san said he will check it this Wednesday.

I tried to perform it, but I could not find the TM oplev light in ETMX.
Some activity was performed yesterday morning (9:00-10:30 JST)?

Since we suspected that super insulators (SI) in EXC blocked beams of optical levers, we checked it.
We found that the SI of the outer shield was distorted, so we arranged it.
After this work, all the signals of the optical lever were recovered.

Continuous work from yesterday.
After the recovery of ETMX TM oplev (klog29027), I tried to perform to search the good alignment for ITMX.
Because we couldn't find the TM oplev beam, I tried to change the value of MN optic align in the ISOLATED STATE.

But when I found the some signal in TM oplev, the fluctuation of BF Y became larger, as shown in FIg.1.
It happened several times and good(?)TM oplev P,Y value varied everytime..

My mis-understanding or touching somewhere for the better TM alignment?

After fixing the EQ stop touching problem in klog29040,
we performed the GRX flash search again.

After request ALIGNED state to RP2, PR3 and ETMX, we performed the oscillation to ITMX (5,000 cnt to MN optic align), then we can find the good TM oplev point(Fig.1.).
I added the DC value to MN optic align (P:896 and Y:-991).

To search the good flash point, we also added the oscillation to both ITMX and ETMX (5 cont to TM SET), then we can find better GRX flash point(Fig.2.)
ETMX P:12.75->9 Y:21->23
ITMX P:42.0 Y:-42.0

Note we didn't perform the alignment check PR3(just checked by my eye for the image of the ETMX TCam)
