I made the template diaggui files for health check of Type-A payload.
(As for IP and BF, Ushiba-san and Yamamoto-san have already done.)
The figure atattched to this report shows the template file when I excited ITMY_MN_TEST_T.
At high frequency, the coherence is not good, so I must improve the excitation filter.
As for other Dofs, I will post the picture tommorow morning for varios reasons.
I finished only for ITMY MN, so I will continue this work tomorrow.

We modified the template diaggui files for health check (because the templates I made last week were noisy).
In particular, we modelated the excitation filter to avoid saturation.
The file appdated were shown in figures attached to this report.

I found that the template for MN yaw sometimes reached DAC limits.
So, It is better to reduce the amplitude of excitation signals from 70000 cnts to 60000 cnts.
