Abstract:
We prepared template files of diaggui for health check.
Template for measurig PLANT of IP and BF were prepared and automesurement script test are ongoing in this night.

Detail:
For health check, I prepared new diaggui files for measuring mechanical transfer function of IP and BF of I/ETMX.
Band widths are 1mHz for BFY, and 3mHz for the others to save time.
We also made automesurement (autorunning) scripts for template files and test them in this night.
