I tried to offload the GAS_LVDT value for all stages of ITMX. but some stages (F0, F2, F3) are not offloaded.

We tyied to adjust the filter height for F0, F2, and F3.
F0: We found mismatching between the FR range and the keystone range. The ballasts (0.44kg x2) were added onto the F0. The FR range was measured and the limit switches were reset along the range. Relation between the FR height and the keystone height has hysteresis, so one ballast (0.44kg) was removed to set the keystone height to the setpoint.
F2: The keystone height passed through the setpoint once, but the keystone has reached upper mechanical limit. After that the FR didn't work at all.
F3: The keystone height was set to the setpoint using the stand alone driver.

According to the calibration factor in klog18909, there still seems to be some discrepancies between LVDT count and setpoint.
For example, IX F0 LVDT setpoint in the unit of cnts are 15600 according to klog18898.
This value is corresponding to 15600*0.280=4368 um (0.280 is coming from the calibration factor which is posted in klog18909).
However, your summary says F0 LVDT setpoint is 4362 um.
Of course, this discrepancy is negligible in practical application but I would like to confirm what is the origin of the discrepancy to make sure there is no misunderstanding each other.
