Adjustment of height of filters

  * Connected the cables from the CP to the side plates on the BF.
  * Adjusted the height of BF. Added the small ballast on the BF.
  * Adjusted the yaw direction of BF.
  * Released the IP.
  * Connected the cables from the CP to the side plates on the BF.
  * Adjusted the height of BF. Added the small ballast on the BF.
  * Adjusted the yaw direction of BF.
  * Released the IP.
  * Connected the cables from the CP to the side plates on the BF.
  * Adjusted the height of BF. Added the small ballast on the BF.

  * Released the IP.

  1. Finished the cable connections to the side plates on the BF.
  2. Recovered the secondary coils for the BF damper.
  3. Adjusted the height of BF keystone by the FR.
  4. Adjusted the height of BF to be 68mm. Added the small ballast (440g) on the BF. Set the height of TF keystone to -23mm.
  5. Adjusted the yaw direction of BF.
  6. Released the IP. Centerer the IP.

According to the spectra, the followings are not moving freely:
-- BF-GAS
-- BF-LVDT-L/T/Y

= To be checked =
1. Based on klog#4211, the keystone height seems to be around 67mm (optimal). is it touching to the EQ stop screws/nuts on the ring?
2. According to klog#5002, BF-LVDT-H1/H2/H3 are mostly at outside the linear range (this means close to touching). Especially H1 is outside. This is to be adjusted.
or, is it because they are not released?
