The BF-LVDTs for ITMX are calibrated and the results are in the attached. Briefly, the calibration factors are summarized as the following:

The attached also includes the measured noise spectra of these BF-LVDTs. The noise floor seems to become larger if the primary coil is off the center of the linear range. At the worst case, the noise floor becomes larger by on order of magnitude (we will not use the BF-LVDT at such position though).
