I performed the phasing for REFL PDA2 RF51 with the MICH motion to minimaize the RF51 I signal as the same procedure in klog29947. Fig. 1 shows that the 25 Hz MICH motion could not see in the RF51 I signal.
After this phasing, I measured the OLTF again. (Fig. 1)
