Checked load of IR in TMSY

Ushiba, K.Tanaka, Tamaki, Hirose

We checked the load in TMSY optical table.(Fig1:JGWdoc8962) because of the imbalance between the transmission power of Yarm and Xarm in PRFPMI.(klog24613)
The work to check if PRFPMI can be locked was posted by Ushiba-san.(klog24652)
Work about GR road was posted by Tamaki-kun. (klog24649)

  • Did centering to PD(RPD1). The beam spot of the lower periscope mirror was slightly above the center, (Fig2) The photo shows it quite high up, but it was close to the center, not high enough to cause problems with alignment. And the beam positions of the mirrors in the optical path after it was centered. So we haven't adjusted the road to RBS1. The beam position of RBS5(the BS in front of the PD) was not centered, so I moved RBS3(the BS in front of RBS5) both in the PIT and YAW directions and trans power of PD went up to 0.9->1.1. (Fig3).
  • There was one dust (small black dust) on the surface of the sensor of the PD, so we removed it. When trying to center the PD beam spot (by adjusting the screw in the YAW direction of RBS1), the transmission power would drop in the process. After removing the dust, that behavior was eliminated.
  • We removed the lens tube (maybe This is a green filter) attached to our PD. When attaching the lens chub, the transformer power was reduced.
  • Dumped green light transmitted through the periscope's upper mirror.
Also dumped green light is transmitted through the lower mirror of the periscope.

Finally, the transmission power went from 0.96 to 1.3 in Yarm_Lock.(Fig4)

  • Did centering to QPDs(RQPD1, RQPD2) of IR and put again dump light reference of QPDs.
  • Did centering to the CCD camera of IR. It is almost the same position as before, but just a little bit higher.

>There was one dust (small black dust) on the surface of the sensor of the PD,

So nasty trouble!! I am afraid of the same situation on the QPD that showed the P/Y coupling of Trans IRX.
