A new prometheus has a problem(8102, 8150), and old Prometheus turned out to be healthy (8291).

So we swapped the New prometheus laser for the old one.

And, started alignment work to ALS Y optics. 

What we did about green

• The double path AOM align to maximize the 1st oder beam (The beam on the opposite side of the side used in Xarm).
• Cut beams other than 1st oder beam by iris 
• Align to the EOM and, measure the beam power. (Before EOM 50mW, after EOM  48mW, before coupler 47mW)

Next

• We’ll take alignment to fiber by same method as klog7538 (today, we didn’t have short fiber).

What we did about IR

• We adjust laser temperature and confirmed  that can find a bete-note signal by moklab. current temperature is 23.5℃however, the signal is too small. Signal is about 34.5dbm. before swapping, the signal was about 16.5dbm.
• Maximiz the beam pass through the Faraday by adjusting the FI mount.

Next 

• Take better alignment and improved beat-note signal power.
