We checked if we can steer ETMX in PIT and YAW with MN bias currents,
and then confirmed that we can steer ETMX in both PIT and YAW with enough dynamic ranges (We can steer it more than +/- 100 urad easily).
With this coils, we can align ETMY and will be able to damp resonances in ETMX as well.

By the way, we could not steer it in PIT at first, then Miyakawa-san suggested to try flipping the sign of actuator.
After flipping the sign of H3, which actually corresponds to V1 , we can indeed steer it in PIT.
This means the sign of output filters of MN was wrong (see 4539; this post reported the polarity test).
