We closed two OMMT flanges to the proper torque: 10 ->20 -> 40 -> 40 N*m.
After that, we started pumping down.
9:58, Start pumping down using a dry pump at OMMT. We opened 1/2 turn of the angle valve between the dry pump and OMMT.
10:57, Reached 0.01 atm. We opened the angle valve fully.
11:56, Vacuum pressure reached 20 Pa. We started changing the dry pump to TMP at SRM.
12:30, TMP reached normal operation.
