As informed on slack, a SINET trouble occurred at Kashiwa last night.

The data transfer stopped from 19:16 JST on Oct.8 to 1:34 JST on Oct.9. All type of raw frames during this period were already re-sent to Kashiwa. LL frames has a lack in the range of [1443953812, 1443976501).

Vacuum monitor guardian was stopped again due to HTTP connection error on slackpost (see also klog#35171) and already resumed. A modified slackpost function will be deployed tomorrow's maintenance due to avoid a hang-up of guardian node by network troubles.

A connection to the entrance monitors was also lost due to a change in IP address given by Kashiwa DHCP. It switched to static IP and all related scripts were also modified in this time. So a trouble related to a variable IP is removed and it shouldn't occur in future network troubles.
