This is series work of klog#35110 and klog#35113.

Following client scripts were updated to improve the compatibility with various environment.
1) Self-diagnosis and auto-recovery script for monitor workstations
2) Barrier software KVM script
3) GigE camera client

Behavior on the system environment on Debin12 doesn't change by this update. It's compatibility improvement for various conda environments and the system environment on future OS.

1) is update to add a support of Remmina as TCam client instead of Vinagre. On Debian12 system, Vinagre is still available though it's deprecated. On the other hand, it's completely obsoleted on Debian13. Though gnome-connection may also satisfy the requirements in future upgrade, Remmina is an only tool to satisfy requirements as TCam client for now though gnome-connection may also satisfy the requirements in future upgrade.
2) is update to add a support of Deskflow as software KVM for accessing monitor workstations. Situation of Barrier support is same as Vinagre and Deskflow is almost only candidate to replace Barrier.
3) is update to add a support of hardware scaling with Nvidia A400. Because X video extension on Debian12 system doesn't support Nvidia A-series, GigE camera scaling is now being done by software scaling (see also klog#33141) and it slightly increase a CPU load. On Debian13 system, Nvidia A-series are supported and hardware scaleing with A400 is available. On Debian12 system, software scaling is sitll used but it might be available also on Debian12 by using backports version of X11.
