I updated line tracking parameters (JGW-L2314962).

All detected changes are coming from the planned commissioning activities.
- Chagens in foton Fig.1 are related to klog#34215 (k1calcs), klog#34270 (k1asc1, k1omc), and klog#34267 (k1visimmt1).
- Changes in guardian shown in Fig.2 are related to klog#34267 (NEW_paramsC, ALIGNMENT_RECORDER) and klog#34258 (LSC_LOCK)
- Changes in SDF tables shown in Fig.3-4 are related to klog#34271 (k1calcs), klog#34272 (k1asc1, k1visimmt1, k1visitmylsc), and klog#34266 (k1sdfmanage),
- No changes in the model (Fig.5).

Finally, I raised CFC_LACTCH and IFO guardian moved from CALIB_NOT_READY to READY.
