Two coil drivers are now connected to the ETMX_TM coils with the coil driver switcher installed in klog#33152.
These two coil drivers might be switched during observing run because a final configuration hasn't been fixed.
They use different DAC channels each other, so checker channels of DAC overflow on these two are also different.

Old model was monitored the saturation only on HPCD path and LP path (actually HPCD with output registers) must be also monitored.
The most simple way to check overflows on both is to monitor overflow counts on all related DAC channels and to take logical OR of them.
So I added 4 overflow monitor channels as witnesses for the ETMX overflow bit.

Actual changes are shown in Fig.1.
There is no change in DQ channel list by this update.
This update will be deployed in tomorrow's maintenance.
