mini shaker for the IFI chamber bellows leg

I located one mini-shaker (klog32418) at the IFI chamber bellows leg (-X, +Y side one).

The excitation channel is K1:PEM-EXCITATION_MCF0_RACK_9_EXC, and the maximum amplitude is set to 1000 counts in the filter bank.

I also measured the transfer function from this excitation channel to the seismometers (X/Y/Z axes) with 800 counts amplitude.

I measured the transfer functions with swept sine (500 counts amplitude), for 60-160 Hz with 1 Hz step, and for 110-140 Hz with 0.1Hz step.
