Optical gain calibraiton (PRFPMI)

I estimate optical gain with PRFPMI (DC) by using OLG transfer function and actuator efficiency of ETMX_TM (klog#30899).
The results of the fitting with the OLG model are shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.

Optical gain: 5.2381e12 +- 0.0057e12 (254.38 dB) (+3.8 % from 2023/06/20 klog#25653)

"Since Pcal was in a safe state and long time (~ 1hours) was needed to stabilize at high power, this measurement was conducted based on the past actuator efficiency of ETMX TM.
As the results are propagated from a previous Free Swinging Michelson measurement, the estimated precision and accuracy of this result is expected to be worse than if Pcal were used.
Once Pcal is ready (calibration factor updates, etc), I plan to recalibrate using Pcal."
