I made a rough estimate of actuator efficiency for ETMX_TM and ETMX_IM by measuring transfer functions in "PRFPMI_RF_LOCKED" state and using actuator efficiency of ITMX_TM (klog#30083).
H_itmxtm = -2.904e-14 +/- 0.024e-14 [m/ct] @ 10 Hz. (This value is positive with respect to the MICH, but negative with DARM).
Fig. 7 and 8 show the ratio of itmxtm to etmxtm and etmxtm to etmxim resulting in the following:
etmx_tm/itmx_tm = 1.077 +- 0.002
etmx_im/etmx_tm = 0.323 +- 0.001
H_etmxtm: -3.129e-14 +- 0.026e-14 [m/ct] @ 10Hz (-9.3 % from post o4a calibration)
H_etmxim: -1.012e-14 +- 0.009e-14 [m/ct] @ 10Hz (-27.7 % from post o4a calibration)
Post O4a values klog#25666:
H_etmxtm: -3.4492e-14 +- 0.0097e-14 [m/ct] @ 10Hz
H_etmxim: -1.400e-14 +- 0.011e-14 [m/ct] @ 10Hz
Compared to the post O4a values, it can be confirmed that the orders of magnitude are the same.

The current estimation is very rough becouse of the efficiency of ITMX_TM, which is used as a reference, was measured on June 18th.
So, ths parameters is not intended to be used for updates.
It is only meant to confirm that there is no significant change in the order of magnitude.
The estimation used for updates will be determined either by using the pcal or the optical gain of the MICH when sufficient time is available.
Measured transfer functions is stored in below file:
