PLLY CMS replacement

Abstract:

I replaced CMS for PLLY and it seems to work well.

Detail:

Since MIXER DAQ channels of PLLY CMS is noisy, I replaced the CMS to spare one, which was characterized in the test bench (klog30942).
After the replacement, I confirmed PLLY can be locked without any problems.

Figure 1 shows the spectrum of PLL signals before (REF values) and afer (current values) the replacement.
Measurement was done with IMC lock without main IFO.
MIXER DAQ signals are recovered from yellow line to green line.
BEST_ERR signals are somehow improved as well but I have no idea why.

Anyway, it seems to work fine, so we can use new CMS for PLLY lock.

Note:

Old PLLY circuit S number is S1809505.
New PLLY curcuit S number is S2415893.
