1. Lock the GRX.
2. Measured the OLTF and compared from previous one (klog29857)
- the OLG is about 5 dB lower than reference, the previous measurement was about -2 dB, need to check it.
3. Measured the spectrum of the error(K1:ALS-X_PNC_SERVO_IN1_DQ) and feedback signal(K1:ALS-X_PNC_SERVO_OUT_DQ)
- Most of the RMS for the error signal was limited at high frequency(> 10 Hz)
- There are 58.6 Hz peak, that also detected in several microphone. If the RMS became larger for the lock acquisition, we need to care for this peak
