I checked if PNCX can be locked or not after aligning GRX.
Figure 1 shows the error and feedback signals of PNCX when lock started.
There seems no problem of PNC to lock with guardian.
Also, I measured the OLTF of PNC loop (fig2).
Though gain reduces by 2dB, this reduction was already known before the earthquake.
So, it should be acceptable.
