[Aso, Washimi, Takahashi]

We finalized the OMMT1 and OSTM suspensions.

1. Attached the temporally removed black panel at Y- in the OMMT1 suspension.
2. Adjusted the OSEMs in the OSTM suspension. It was difficult to adjust the horizontal position. The measured TFs became normal after the adjustment.
3. Attached the black panels at X+ and Y+ in the OSTM suspension. The suspension was set to the original position on the optical bench.
