In klog29466, it was found that htePZTs for REFLWFS1 and WFS2 placed on the shefe of REFL optical table cover. We moved PZTs for REFL WFS1 and WFS2 to on the REFL optical table cover.

I connected the PZTs and mounts for REFLWFS1-4.

They also aligned roughly to the QPD with Xarm locked. In WFS1 and 2, we confirmed on the beam spot that the PZT was moving properly for each degree of freedom.(Fig3)
In WFS3 and 4, it was confirmed on the beam spot that PZT and pico were moving properly for each degree of freedom.(Fig4) Mission of klog29839 was completed.
