Abstract:

We aligned GRX to the current XARM and recovered the PNCX alignment.

Detail:

After the alignment work of XARM (klog29847), we aligned GRX to the current XARM.
Procedure is same as reported in klog28043, using POP picomotors.
Figure 1 shows the pico medm screen after moving picomotors.

Figure 2 shows the XARM ndscope after GRX alignment.
Normalized GR transmission becomes 1.1, which seems good sufficiently though it would bnot be best alignment because I just manually tweeked the alignment.

Then, we performed the alignment of PNC on POP table.
Since beam spot on HWP is slightly shifted, we moved HWP so that the beam passes through its center.
Figure 3 shows the PNC fringes after the alignment (Y cursor shows the fringe size before the PNC alignment).
