I checked IR beam and GR beam position on the PR3 target by photos. I uploaded documents to JGW-T2415801(p.22-p.31). I attached p27,p28 and p30.

• IR beam is about 17.3mm23mm above and 4.5mm left from the center of target.
• GR beam is 24mm above and 7.2mm right from the center of target.
• Designed gaps between baffle and beam are 16.2mm18.7mm(above and below side) and 13.4mm(left and rigth side).　→First I thought 18.7mm, but it's my mistake. 16.2mm is correct.
