F0Y stepper motor of ETMX somehow stopped moving

[Ikeda, Takahashi, Ushiba]

I offloaded IP, BFY and MNY by moving stepper motors and picomotor after vacuum evacuation.
IP and MNY can be offloaded but BFY cannot be offloaded because F0Y stepper motor somehow stopped working at the position around -7000 steps.
We are not sure what happened but limit switches of F0Y stepper motor say it doesn't reach the limit, so it is not likely the stack of stepper motor.
For further investigation, it is better to check the resistance of F0Y stepper motor.

Note:

Of course, it is not good situation but not critical issue because we can change the BFY setpoint instead of BFY offload.
After that, we also need to offload MNY again but BF picomotor seems working well, so we can do that.

Continued from K-Log#29182
We have investigated the ETMX F0 YAW stepper motor not working.

We connected a single motor to the end of a DSUB cable and checked that the motor driver was working properly.

Procedure.
1. we disconnected the root of the conversion cable at the end of the feed-through flange and connected the motor we brought in to the motor driver, Fig-1.
2. drive the F0Y stepper motor from the MEDM.
Check that the motor rotates in accordance with the drive volume.

Result.
The motor rotated as expected.

From the above, it can be assumed that the motor driver is normal and the installed motor is driven.
