We replaced the P2 feedthrough flange.
- Checked the resistance between all pins in each Dsub connecter on the present flange (leaked previously) without the flip cables.
- Removed the present flange.
- Tagged a number to all Dsub connectors on the new flange.
- Connected the in-vacuum cables to the Dsub connectors.
- Checked the resistance between all pins in each Dsub connecter on the new flange without the flip cables.
- Checked the resistance between pair pins in each Dsub connecter on the new flange with the flip cables. The gender changers were not used.
- Closed the flange with the screws. The torque was 15N-m.

There were not any cross-connections or ground connections. Some resistance for the stepper motor (SM) became larger. They should be checked again. The 3-8 pin (limit switch) in the F0 SMV was disconnected (OL) because the F0 GAS reached the limit switch.
