Abstract
This work is related to klog#23195 and klog#23368.
We checked the existence of ADC glitches for all channels on IOO0, IOO1, and IMC0 racks.

And also, we found 12Hz and its harmonics on most of channels in IOO0 rack.
Figure 37 shows the spectra of some channels taken around 11:00 (References) and ones taken around 13:00.
Peak frequencies move from 12Hz to 14Hz in 2hrs.
