I updated the upper limit of the ground seismic motion. I included more samples.

The amplitude spectral densities upper limits along the X, Y and Z directions, and its contributors, are shown in the plots. The numerical values of the limits are provided in text files in units of velocity (um/s/rtHz) rather than displacement.
