Did semi-final check of the beam dumps and ghost beams. To do so, I increased the IMC output power from ~2.5W to 4W by rotating the relevant HWP in the PSL room. Not so big changes were found. Finshing the inspection, I returned the HWP rotation counts to the original one (total 26 deg).

By the way, as reported by Ushiba-kun (22092), due to my work (22084) yesterday, the STM1 moved slightly so IMC ASC is kind of unstable now.
