Very rough alignment recovery was done (fig1).
Reecovery procedure is as follows:
1. IMC was locked with ASC. Since STM1 was slightly moved (several hundreds um on IMMT1 trans QPDs) during the beam dump work (klog22084), transmission power became lower than before. To recover it, we probably need to move PZT1 at PSL room.
2. Align IMMT1 and IMMT2 with respect to POP forward QPDs.
3. Align PR3 to recover GRX, I didn't touch ITMX and ETMX.
4. Align PR2 to recover IRX.
5, Align BS to recover IRY. I didn't touch ITMY and ETMY.
6. Align SR3 to recover GRY.
Several notes:
* PR2 OpLev is out of linear range and is oscillating at LOCK_ACQUISITION state now, so OpLev centering is necessary.
* The other suspension can reach LOCK_ACQUISITION state but after the alignment work, I requested OFFLOAD state or TWR_DAMPED state for PR and SR suspensions for safety.
*Since I don't want to record the current values because this is a very rough alignment recovery, ASC signals for IMMT1 and IMMT2 were not offloaded. So, we need to do it after fine alignment.
