We went to the cable check at the feedthroughs. The results are summarized in the attached Excel file.

• There were some additional connections on the traversers (T/R).
• #1-pin in the P1-6 (IM Pico) was grounded. This has been already pointed out (klog).
• #5-pin in P3-7 (BF GAS) was grounded, and the insulation between #5-pin and other pins was no good (~mega ohm). We found the connection of #5-pin between the cable to the LVDT and the cable to the feedthrough is unstable. The insulation became good after the repair of the connection of #5-pin by additional clamping.
