Task:
We repaired large vacuum leak place level of 2.0 x 10^-7 Pam^3/s by "VACSEAL".
"VACSEAL" was diluted 20-fold with acetone.
A 3 ml volume syringe was used to inject the diluted solution into the leak place.
After the diluted solution was injected, the leak appeared to be sealed.
The amount of leakage was confirmed to be less than the detection sensitivity (10^-13 Pam^3/s)
of the helium leak detector used for the inspection.
The test is scheduled to be conducted again on June 2, when the diluted solution will solidify.
