In-air health check of ITMY: Final check of the transfer function of each DOF

Abstract:
I checked TFs of all DOF at IP, GAS, BF, MN, and IM.
All TFs seem fine.

Detail:
I checked mechanical TFs from each DOF excitatio to each DOF signals at each stage.
Attached are the results (fig1 - fig26).

IPT to IPY coupling is larger than the other suspensions because decoupling was not yet done for ITMY because of the H2 geophone (ADC) noise (klog20197).
Also, MNP lowest resonant frequencies (0.87 Hz) are sightly higher than the X-arm suspensions' (about 0.75 Hz) but it doesn't seem a serious problem.
Other than above, there is no special remarks for the results of ITMY.
