In-vac health check and suspension modeling of ITMX: MN stage

Similar work with klog19535, klog19514, and klog19520.

Abstract:
Health check of MN stage was done.
There is no significant differences in the transfer functions from each DOF excitation to all DOFs measured by photosensors. before and after vacuum evacuation.
So, I modified the model of TFs.

Detail:
Figure 1 to 6 shows the TFs from MN, MNT, MNV, MNR, MNP, and MNY to each DOF, respectively.
I don't find any significant change of the TFs compared with the TFs measured before evacuation (klog19153).

So, I made suspension models and stored at FM10 (SUSMod_220114) of MN_DAMP filter banks.
Figure 7 to 11 show the models of MNL, MNT, MNR, MNP, and MNY, respectively.
Since it is almost impossible tomeasure theTF from MNV excitation to MNV signals, I skipped to make models of MNV.

The models were based on the TFs measured on 14 of January, which are stored at /kagra/Dropbox/Measurements/VIS/PLANT/ITMX/2022/01/PLANT_ITMX_STANDBY_MN_TEST_{L,T,R,P,Y}_202201141937.xml.
