Abstract:
I checked the measurement results of klog19134.
ITMX transfer function seems healthy.
Detail:
I checked TF measurement results.
Red and blue represent the results after and before finalization, respectively.
Basicaly, all TFs are fine.
Followings are some notes of TFs.
*Coupling from IPL excitation to IPY below 0.1Hz becomes larger (fig1).
*Coupling from F0 GAS excitation to F3 GAS below 0.1Hz becomes larger (fig4).
*Coupling from BFT excitation to BFY becomes larger (fig10).
*Coupling from BFV excitation to BFY becomes larger (fig11).
*The lowest resonant frequency of BFY changes from 20 mHz to 30 mHz. It is probably due to the heat link connection (fig14).
*Coherence of MNL measurement becomes better at high frequency (fig15).
*Coherence of MNY measurement becomes better at high frequency (fig20).
