DAQ Timing Error investigation

The following work has been done to improve the communication traffic.
The Dolphin error that was occurring in some FEs has been resolved. (K-Log#19383)
Replaced the DAQ red LAN cable (CenterC2&C3.XEnd has already been replaced and implemented) (K-Log#19324)

Re-examined the case of DAQ Timig Error when reducing the number of DAQ channels.

Test details :
The test was performed using k1vispr{m,2,3}t_new.mdl.

Results.
DAQ Timing Error occurs at intervals of about every 4 to 5 minutes.
This is a dramatic improvement in frequency.
We believe that the improvement in Dolphin error or the replacement of the red LAN cable had an effect.
The red LAN cable has not been replaced in some areas (C1, YEnd), and we will consider replacing these cables.

Re-examined the problem of DAQ Timing Error when DAQ channels were reduced.

We reverted back to the state in which the DAQ Timing Error was occurring to see what would happen.
As a result, the defect no longer occurred.

There are multiple possible factors and responses that may have contributed to the improvement.

We believe that the replacement of the DAQ cables & LAN cables may be dominant.
K-Log#19324,19330,19370,19392,19679

After the work was done, all of the DAQ channels that had been added as dummies were removed, leaving only the following channels.

The resistance of the same product as DAQ's LAN cables was measured.

For CAT.6, it should be less than 9.38 [Ω/100m].

CAT.6E (6E is assumed to be CAT.6 since no official standard exists for 6E)
The cable length is about 3.0[m], so about 0.28Ω is assumed.

    Resistance [Ω].
Pin.1 2.95
Pin.2 3.04
Pin.3 4.03
Pin.4 3.19
Pin.5 10.56
Pin.6 2.73
Pin.7 2.93
Pin.8 3.14
=> Pin.5 was out of specification.

The color of the pin is bad, but more than that, the resistance is very high.

The resistance of the blue LAN cable was measured.

For CAT.6, it should be less than 9.38 [Ω/100m].
The blue cable was CAT.6.
The cable length is about 3.0[m], so it is assumed to be about 0.28Ω.

    Resistance [Ω].
Pin.1 3.9
Pin.2 5.31
Pin.3 2.84
Pin.4 3.82
Pin.5 3.15
Pin.6 3.4
Pin.7 4.33
Pin.8 3.3
=> Not exceeding standard. However, the color of the terminals is bad, but more than that, the resistance is very high.

We cut the red cable used in DAQ and the blue cable used in FE.

The material of both is not copper as well. They are not twisted.
For reference, I also took a picture of the twisted copper cable.

It was supposed to be a CAT6 cable but was very poorly made.
