Previous report : DQR : testing igwn-alert

I contacted the responsible person of igwn-alert. Alex Pace kindly solved the issue on registration of new account and I got the account on SciMMA auth system.

Now he is working on the transition of alert Nodes from LVAlert (old) to igwn-alert (new).

After that work is completed, I will start the test of igwn-alert system on k1det1.
