I’m testing new LVAlert (called igwn-alert), by following the instruction (https://lscsoft.docs.ligo.org/igwn-alert/guide.html#managing-credentials-and-topics).

Although I tried to make the account on SciMMA auth system, it failed. The error message was "You do not have any current roles. If your request for enrollment is still being processed, you will not be able to login until it is approved. Please contact an administrator for assistance." and "The specified Source Key is already linked to an existing Org Identity".
