The summary of the LVDT coefficients was revised. The coefficients for F0 and IP in IY were changed due to the replacement of the LVDT driver. The unit is [um/count].

I updated IP and BF LVDT calibration factors to the one reported in klog18736.
I also planed to update GAS calibration factors but found some of F1, F2, and F3 calibration factors are changed from the previous values even though I couldn't find the recalibration logs after O3GK.
So, I postponed to update GAS filter calibration factors until we confirmed the calibration factor modification from the values during O3GK will be reasonable.

Calibrations for the GAS filter LVDTs in IY are shown in the klogs; F1, F2, F3, BF. I am using these calibration coefficients in the height adjustment. However, the calibration for BF had been changed. I will confirm the calibration coefficient for BF in the next week.

We calibrated the BF LVDT in IY again. The ruler of 10cm was attached to the wire for the payload, and indicated by the laser leveler. The "height" in the plot is shifted from the keystone height by about -7mm.

Coefficients for F0/F3 in IX were corrected and one for BF in IY was revised (yellow cells).
