I responded to a request from Ushiba-san to input PFOPLEV to MN and add it by ADD.

All Type-A were transitioned to SAFE.
ITMXT was captured and REVERTed as there were SDF differences.
I also ACCEPTed all the differences when they were transitioned to SAFE.
