with Yano-san

 The new target was cleaned and reassembled after the additional machining.
We set a vertical line between the recoil masses of the PR2 and PRM using a laser leveler(Tajima ZEROG-KJY), and set the new target on the HR side of the PR2.

We measured the height of the center of the flange from the mortar base. It was 1184.5 mm. I checked 3D model, it was 1184mm.
