[Michimura, Yuzurihara]
We replaced the optics of the optical lever which is installed at EYA chamber, because the old optics was not able to be fixed tight.
The new optics are KM100T and AD8F of Thorlabs.
We confirmed that the installed optics work well as shown the attached figure.
The figure shows the overview around Y-end via "sitemap" command.
We measured the calibration factor of the optical lever.
The procedure of the calibration is same as the measurement of X-end( http://klog.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/osl/index.php?r=569 and http://klog.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/osl/index.php?r=939).
The below channels were used to calibration:
o K1:VIS-EY_TM_OPLEV_PIT_INMON
o K1:VIS-EY_TM_OPLEV_YAW_INMON
In order to calbrate, the measured values are showwn in the attached figure 2 and 3.
The data is taken in a range of
o YAW : 4.4[mm] ~ 8.0[mm]
o PITCH : 4.7[mm] ~ 8.2[mm]
The orange line is estimated by a part of data in a range of
o YAW : 5.7[mm] ~ 6.8[mm]
o PITCH : 5.7[mm] ~ 6.7[mm]
The result of calibration will be reported in the next log.
