We measured calibration values for oplevs (MCi, MCo, MCe).

As far as my memory says, there is a switch to change a gain (transimpedance) of the output of each QPD circuit. Please check the setup or status of the switches!!

You should mention that the 'count' in your document does not exactly mean the output of a ADC channel.

The calibrated number here is the output of 'K1:VIS-MCX_TM_OPLEV_PIT(YAW)_OUTMON' and Narita-kun used the word 'count' as the unit of this output. That number changes with the gain of 'K1:VIS-MCX_TM_OPLEV_PIT(YAW)_GAIN'. When he calibrated that gains were set to 100.
