Fig.2. - Fig.5. showed the various DQ channels. including the PMC related channel, IMMT1 trans QPD2, IMC refl QPD1,2 (DC, 14I, 14Q), IP QPD1,2 and accelerometers
As you can see, Quite large excess can be seen in IMMT1 trans QPD, when we tapped the M3' and M4' mirrors, that the interesting issue.
