PEM injection test 260220
I performed the PEM injection test, especially the durability test(耐久試験) for the vibration o the OMC floor.
During this measurement, I turned off the BPC control loops.

I performd the Washimi-san's transfer function of the klog36385.

This result was the maximum vibration for the band-limited white noise injection. (And I didn't take into account the sensor response function)

But in case of the unit of the m/s^2,
10^-4 m/s^s (below 250 Hz)
10^-3 m/s^2 (250 - 400 Hz)
when we turned off the BPC control
if we would like to check above 400 Hz, we need the re-measurement of the transfer function.

Sorry I missed the method of the calibration using the diaggui.
