With Hiroshi Takaba

We replaced a DC voltage source for the shutters of Pcal-X.
The old one had an issure on the monitor which did not show the correct values.
After the replacement, we checked the operation and confirmed that Pcal-X guardian can reach high power states.

The new DC voltage source is SPE3051.
